This is scary stuff. I was on the phone with Virgin Media to cancel my broadband. I was telling them I am moving to Community Fibre. And I was browsing the Community Fibre website for information. 3 mins after the call with Virgin, this number called me. The girl said this is Community Fibre and asked how I could help. Then she hung up. How did they know?
I got another call from the number after they had called me the previous day where nobody spoke on the other end. I assume some scam call centre is trying to figure out which numbers to target for actual scam calls.
When I picked up the call, nobody spoke on the other end and all i Heard was a high pitched whistling sound.
