A woman calling herself 'Millie', with a south-eastern English accent rang saying she was making a courtesy call from the 'Home Efficiency Office'. I have looked this 'body' up on line and it doesn't appear to exist. Whoever 'Millie' is, she knew my name already. As she claimed to be telephoning from a non-existent organisation, I am assuming this is a scam.
