Getting calls from this number several times and from many days. It's so annoying.

Asked if they could speak to the person whos name the contract is in (got the name correct). i just said no and they said will call back later... Just seems very unprofessional

This number rung me twice today, but I never answered.

As an EE customer, EE always identify themselves - and this number does not - therefore it is not from EE. If it is, they are breaking every kind of rule that exists for responsible companies - therefore whoever they are; they are not getting any information via this method, and have added them to the reject list (available on your menu options)

I just got the call, exactly the same trying to get me to take a mini tablet (alcoset?) for £10 a month.

I have had the same number ring me loads of times over the last 3 days haven't answered it cos don't know the number but after reading these comments I'm not going to answer it cos it sounds like the number can't be trusted.

Have ignored this number several times, but answered it today in case I have won a competition!!. Caller did not ask whether it was convenient to take the call and claimed to be from EE. Apart from claiming that I was not using my internet access to any where near limit, he made no attempt to confirm my ID or address me by name.

Got a call but didn't answer as I thought might be a scam. Only rang for three rings and then they hung up.

I received numerous calls from this number but didn't answer, though I finally did yesterday... The person was asking who else I lived with, if they had pay as you go or contract phones, was asking if I have a tablet and then which brand! I didn't answer all his questions so he hung up on me! As Elsa said...DO NOT TRUST THIS NUMBER, I BELIEVE IT IS A GENUINE SCAM!!!

Claiming to be ee and saying I am entitled to great rewards. I told them that was fantastic and promptly hung up.

they said it's ee, but the first question was who I live with? I said I never give any personal information over phone and I'm even not sure that they are really ee. So i finished this call, because nobody can ask me this kind of information over phone, people don't trust this number!

This seems to be ee. They claim to be offering loyalty discounts to people who have been picked at random. They don't ask any personal questions only what Internet provider you use and when items you use the Internet for. It seems to be more ee wanting to know more about you that them offering you anything as they finish the questions and put the phone down.
