They claimed to inquire about housing problems (which I indeed had reported internally, with one broken window incident reported externally [constabulary]). They never gave the name of any company. Discernible accent (Indian/Pakistan?). Got passed on to supervisor (alarm flags raised already), repeated my annoyances, all of a sudden they hung up. When I tried to call the number 15min later, it was not picked up. Possibly the intention could be to exploit potential structural problems for easy access? Likely a scam.
