I'm sure it is a freaking scam. People here are saying O2. I don't have O2 and still got the call at 7:30 pm. Be careful. This is definitely scam!

This is an O2 number, I just called the customer service who confirmed it is one of their payment lines as when I called it, the voice on the payment line is different to the usual O2 female voice so was worried it wasn't O2, but it is.

This number seems to be used by the 02, probably their finance centre, their automatic payment department - this number will call you if your mobile bill is overdue. Can be also some general all centre, working for mobile operators.
