Called this number as appeared to be an O2 help line. Recognised the voice from a previous scammer (thought he would have been sorted out by Fraud Squad as he'd been reported before using another number). Asked for a download on computer (zoho join). Recognised him for what he is and cancelled the call. Why has this leech never been caught and stopped. Clearly he was in a call centre as another conversation was in the background.

as many people have said the man behind this scam is a convicted fraudster called: stuart wright, 133 Anglian Way, Coventry, CV3 1QR. I confronted him at his home and was met with abuse. hopefully someone teaches this scumbag a lesson!
