This was a scam call, ask me if I was happy with my insurance claim payout and was collecting the fee, except I have not made any insurance claims, when I said I knew it was a scam he swore and hung up, it was an Indian guy.

I received a call from this number and after answering an Indian accented male started to speak. I said that I suspect this is a spam call and will be reported. His response was to make a death threat against me and my now dead daughter. Very nasty person.
