There was no one at the end of the line when I answered and just said "Hello" repeatedly, waiting a couple of seconds between each one, so I hung up.
Very frequently, did not answer the call.
Caller Took post code and address and got disconnected
They've called me twice in a row so far. I just ignored their calls until they stopped ringing. No idea what they were calling for.

Did not leave a message but I did try to call Domestic & General to register a guarantee a few minutes earlier but i hung up as I had a bad signal so I think they were trying to call me back.
Claim to be Domestic and General but seemed to be a phishing call
