Scam!! Telling me my O2 SIM card is going be blocked and they’ll send a new one, I’m not even with O2, I’ve received 4 calls from them now!! Will be reporting the number! Can’t even understand her!

Called to say that I have an active account with O2. I can barely understand what the caller was saying.

Got a text: "You missed a call from me at [time & date]. This is a free Call Alert from O2. To disable this dial 901, press *, then option 5 and option 5" Might be legit.

Says she was calling from 02 so they must know that I have an account. Have received similar calls to this one. Not sure whether they were genuine or not so I hung up. I suspect probably a scam
