It was a missed call even though my phone didn't actually ring.

I was called from this number by a person claiming to be from EE, he and one of his collogues were difficult to understand, but the gist of their conversation with me was that they were from EE and were her to help me. In my opinion they were not from EE at all but were scam merchants
