It was not an automated call. The caller, with an Indian-type accent, said he was calling from Lebara Mobile. He said he was calling on a marketing promotion to offer me a special deal. I cut him short at that point. I am a former Lebara Customer (and left about 6 months ago). Lebara do everything on various online channels, including offering the top deals on comparison sites. I don't believe they would target former customers in this way as there is no need. Their service is good as well as price, and people will go back to them in the future if they don't have signal-related issues with the Vodafone network they use.
