A very heavy Asian/African accent female purporting to be from Sky network? I couldn't understand much more. I asked that they communicate via Email or text as the line was not clear. There is no way I would enter in to a conversation or make any transactions if I was unable to hear and understand clearly. I feel sorry for the female as she is trying to do her job but if this was a legitimate call then please ensure that I, a 74 year old with some hearing loss, can understand what is being said to me. Looking up Colt I couldn't see they had anything to do with SKY network. Could be a scam?
