Suspected spam caller potentially leveraging the "say Yes" scam. I answered a call from this number and agent said "hello". I replied in kind and they continued saying "hello". I said "yes" and they hung up immediately. This seemed strange and after searching the number online I came across this - https://www.experian.com/blogs/ask-experian/what-is-say-yes-scam/
