"Alex" called 3 times within 2 hours saying he was calling from 3, very poor phone manner. Explained he was cutting my off my service and I'd receive a new SIM tomorrow. When I asked will this extend my current contract he said "no", I asked the same question again.... he said "yes", I asked him the same question again for a third time "will my contract be extended?" He said "yes".
