claimed to be calling from EE - i said i wasn't interested in cold calling and hung up. they immediately rang back. when i answered and explained it was a work phone and i didnt look after account ' oh god, thats all you had to say , well isn't that just perfect' in a really rude tone and then hung up on me....

Called saying from EE, gave the name John, could tell me who I was, and wouldn't go through security with me. Clearly a scammer.
