Scammer - he said his name was Joseph and that he was calling from auto tax renewal services. He said I owe the government money and that I’d be arrested if I don’t pay immediately. Has a rough British accent and kept asking for my card details. Just block him.

Missed call. Tried to call back but no answer apart from "the google subscriber you have just called is unable to take your call" No idea who it is.
