I was called once by a friendly lady for a survey.

This was a very friendly survey caller. No Spam

I received a phone call to discuss my use of cars and trains for market research purposes.

This was a market research call, a survey on cars. Trustworthy

I was sceptical at first, but it’s just a market research survey

Credible market research, not a scam or sales call.

They're a market research company. Quite condescending and won't stop calling once you're on their list.

Said he was calling about forklift servicing to make sure everything was ok following the servicing they carried out. He went on to say that he wanted to speak to the warehouse manager or transport manager. When I said we don't have a warehouse and asked for a number to be called back on, he hung up! Charming! So I decided to call back and leave him a voice message.

THEY ARE SO RUDE!!! First of all he said he was conducting home energy research and I said well this is a business. Then he demanded to speak to a manager because clearly I don't have the authority to say no. At this point I hung up. He then rang back again, gave a different company name for himself, condescended to me and called me "love", told me the call was recorded and hung up on me. I certainly hope the call was recorded "love".

Called wanting to know how our experience was with an item we had received over a year ago, tried getting snippets of info about our business out of me several times in which they didn't require or already had on file.

Wanted to know things about the company that were already on the web or public record but kept pushing for more information about the company but wasn't explaining what information and couldn't send an email about it
