Said they were calling from EE

This number rang saying they were Vodafone and they were going to send me a new SIM card. They had pieces of information about my phone and current monthly payments making me believe they were genuine. They said they could give me discounts on my bills with the new SIM card then started to ask for financial account information for the direct debit at which point I ended the call and phoned Vodafone to confirm it was a scam.

They said they were calling from Vodafone regarding my SIM card and a lot of complaints the caller said his name was Jack and his accent couldn’t have been further from a Jack if he tried
