got it once - very suspicious asked if i was a three customer and tried to upgrade my contract i did confront but they kept saying we're contacting three customers - they asked if i was a customer at three? and then said they are upgrading my contract because i got charged wrong.
Asked regarding my mobile contract , did not introduce themselves, very suspicious and also I asked for them to email details instead but have received no email so probably a scam. Female caller with foreign accent
