Claimed to be from sky giving 40% off, obviously a scam call. Do not give any information

Called offering discount - did not know the account holders name but did ask for me to confirm the email on the account. Refused. Indian call centre. Definitely Scam

apparently sky will give me a 40% discount - all i have to do is confirm my details to them. Clearly a SCAM if ever there was one!

Telecoms phishing for information The usual suspicious accents with using very british names

Claimed to be calling on behalf of Sky and asked to verify account holder's email address. I advised of the email, but after "searching", they couldn't find it. It seems that the caller is trying to search for the email (and I suspect they incorrectly spelled the email). The caller hung up once I explained that my email is the correct one unless they are using old information.
