Missed the call but I called them back. Was an English male accent that said hello. Nothing else. I said I had a missed call from this number. But they didn’t say anything else for 29 seconds then I hung up

They did not say anything just made a loud noise in my ear which made me drop the phone and they were gone. I believe it was done to annoy people to ring them back but I didn't as I believe it's an old trick so your ringing them.
