Claiming to be Virgin Media/O2, saying that due to network updates they were sending out new SIM cards. Got to verifying my details and fortunately, it was my old bank card on record, because they'd sent emails and texts and faked the address on all of them, even managed to fake a call from 202. They do a lot to convince you. While updating my card details, she asked me to confirm everything verbally. I got as far as the security code expecting an automated system, but she wanted me to say it. I explained that I'm not an idiot, and that I'd call O2 myself to provide those details. Not that they need them. Turns out they wanted an iPhone 17. In any case, now my MyO2 is locked while the fraud team investigates.
