Claimed to be three, about being due an upgrade or something couldn't tell me anything about me contract

It might be a scam - they claimed to be from Three and said that I can get a huge refund - then asked for my email, but they couldn't tell me who I am (who they were calling), so it was fishy to me. Someone with an Indian accent said his name was Alan.
