Said they were from Auto Mobiles and wanted to know if I was experiencing any billing or signal problems from their side. Heavy Indian accent. Opens with “How are you today?” Never a good sign.

A husband and wife team committing fraud. They can barely speak English. Report to the police.

Called saying they were from "O2 network", heavy foreign accent and background noise... I'm not an O2 customer. I hung up before getting more info. Probably a scam.
