Said I had reported problems in my housing like damp etc. when I asked what I had reported they hung up.

Called today after 1pm on 12th Dec. Stated I had reported problems with the housing officer. When I said no they hung up.

Apparently my housing association, I rent privately so clearly not. Funny enough they had same name as me, spoke with Indian accent so one would assume a call centre in India close to the river thames

Yeah, was called by them today to say I was having a problem, told them the problem I have is with them cold calling me, I hung up ...

They stated they were calling reference our house insurance claim. We have had no such claim. With that hung up swiftly.
