Googled number whilst the call rang out, didn't answer as saw negative reviews. No voicemail left. I take the view they'll leave a VM if it's genuine/important

The phone rang, I was feeling sassy and wanted an argument if the truth be known. The man said, good evening, I’m Sam, how are you? I asked him where he was calling from, he then said, I’m calling about your housing disrepairs, told him I don’t have any and he put the phone down.
