SCAM, SCAM, AND MORE SCAMS. They claimed I need to replace my current meter with a smart meter. I told them I would call back once I confirmed with our electricity supplier. After contacting the supplier, they confirmed I DO NOT NEED to change our meter. Be cautious—these are scammers!!!

They wanted a picture of my invoice and electric metre.
Very helpful. I was struggling with an issue involving an energy company that was asking me to pay £1,320, even though the debt belonged to the previous owner and I did not owe that money. One of the advisers called me and helped me through the whole process. He also helped me choose a new energy supplier and got the balance cleared. I didn't have to pay anything for his assistance. He was extremely helpful, professional, and supportive throughout. Highly recommended.
