Said they were from Southern water and wanted to confirm the continuation of a direct debit to cover pluming and drainage which I don't have. When asked for an email of detail they hung up.
They said they were Severn Trent water. Offered a discount on my current water insurance that showed how much I was paying 🤣I don't have any🤔 I just let him waffle on and on, and said what my new payments at a reduced price 😅 I just replied and said. Erm' Erm' No thank you..so I ended up posting about them. Great service and hope everyone can see👍

Said they were from Bournemouth water and that my plumbing and drainage protection was up for renewal this coming Sunday (15/02/26) I dont have a separate plumbing and drainage protection policy. I say these are SCAMMERS!!
