Called claiming I had a housing problem all the signs of a scam
I’ve just this second had the same call, saying the same thing, asked him to identify the company and he put the phone down
I stayed silent when answering and they hung up
Saying I reported housing issues but couldn’t tell me my name I apparently reported issue with. Just another Scam
13/02/26 @1350 Said they were from housing repair team and asked what problems I reported. Told them they must be confusing my number with someone else, they repeated the question. When I said they were not listening to me they hung up. Number now blocked
They said they were from some Housing board or so and they told me that i reported an issue with the house , like mould (even though I am the owner). I told them I didn't report anything and they just hanged up.
Housing issue problems they called about nutters
Said they were with the housing board and I reported an issue... I said I haven't (as I own my home) and they put the phone down. Not sure what the scam is but immediately blocked.
Apparently I reported an issue with my house to the housing board despite being an owner occupier.
