Following my previous report of being called on 19th June around 2.20pm by Hayden claiming to be from Anglian Water, I reported the call and number to Anglian Water Direct who checked it out with their partner Homeserve as well and have just confirmed this was a scam call. It was not them, Anglian Water didn't call us. The call from this number was definitely a scam - do not give out financial info over the phone to someone that called you!

Called my dad, wanted bank payment details for a renewal, he told them to call me. They did and said he was Hayden from Anglian Water and the renewal payment was for the pipe and drainage cover. VERY pushy, called me 4 times in total, the last twice I didn't answer. Dad doesn't think he has that cover. The guy said he couldn't send the paperwork again when I asked him to send paperwork out in post and then we would deal with.

Missed call, 9.10am. Phone says suspected spam.
