When I picked up I just got silence. Block it

They rang twice at 6.57 am but we didn't hear it. When we got up, we saw we had 2 messages on our answerphone. We played them and it sounded as if we were being put through to a doctor or consultant. We were concerned because one of us had a hospital appointment later that day. It wasn't until I checked the number on my computer, that I realised it was either Amazon or a scam by someone using their number.

This was an Amazon outreach contact. Callington about a negative review I had posted about the Amazon Firestick 4k.

Amazon call back

Started with automatic caller voice saying thank you for contacting Amazon...I hadn't contacted them so I hung up...suspect it is SPAM

I requested a call online from amazon chat and they contacted me straight away on this number. They only asked for the last 4 digits of the order number that I was enquiring about and gave Me the correct informal on delivery dates. Genuine.

I contacted Amazon through their chat and this was a genuine call back.

Missed a call which I was expecting from Amazon customer services. When I called back a recorded message confirmed it was Amazon but that the number didn't accept calls.

Amazon said there was fraudulent activity on my account i got a call back but had to provide my number. he knew my address' ive had things delivered to knew the 4 last digits of the card ive used to purchase stuff with. i am still skeptical whether this is a scam or not

We contacted Amazon about a delivery and asked for a call back. This number was used by Amazon customer services to call us straight back to process a refund. But scammers can pretend to be Amazon by cleverly showing this number on your phone. Unless you just contacted Amazon then it may be a scammer. Amazon didn't ask for any account or bank details in our conversation ask we had contacted them through the app.

This is a genuine Amazon call-back number. I'd contacted Amazon regarding an undelivered parcel and needed to re-order the product. Gave them my mobile number via the Amazon website and they phoned my on this number straight away.

It is Amazon call back service. However I am never able to receive their calls. They ask you to enter a number on your keypad and always say sorry you haven’t entered anything, when I have! Then the service hangs up. Totally useless.

I requested a callback from Amazon regarding a delivery issue and this is the number that called me back. It's definitely not a scam as my issue has been resolved satisfactorily just from this callback. September 2023
