Hi, we are Wilsmore Physio and can assure you it is a spam/phishing email. There is no data breach, as none of our actual customers have received it! Probably had 200+ calls and emails so far by concerned people. Which for our small business is completely unworkable. Hopefully it disappears soon. Just another email for the junk folder! same scam as already listied clams to be a direct debt for wilsmore physiotheropy for £290.42 and to contact on phone no 02033320268 if i had not set this up
Email claimed to be from Santander saying a direct debit had been set up and asking to call this number
Actually received an EMAIL (not a choice option to enter here) from 'Santandar' stating a Direct Debit for £290.42p had been setup. If there were any problems then call 020 3332 0268, hence this report. Email was sent from Customer Support <[email protected]>, a legit company. D/D was for Wilsmore Physiotherapy, another legit company. I have informed BOTH companies that if they never sent it, they've been hacked or persons are using their information. Beware you may get a PHONECALL, TEXT or EMAIL from this scammer, whoever they are.

Actually emailed me saying it was Barclays and a new direct debit been set up for nearly £600 as of October 5th for physio. Used an email I don't use for Barclays, total scam, had that phone number to call on it.
Had an email pretending to be from Nationwide saying a new direct debit had been set up to someone I had never heard of and to call this number if this was an error.
Received an email pretending to be from Nationwide telling me that my direct debit was not set up correctly and to call 020 3332 0268 urgently. Scam email address. Do not call this number.
