Pretending to be from Vodaphone, saying there was a problem with my sim and they would send me a new one, they reeled off my email address and said I would receive a code from Vodaphone as a text ( which I then did ) as they are trying to log in with my email address and request a code to reset the password on my account they then ask for that code in order to try and access your account change your details and then potentially order mobile phones on your account to there updated address. The man was clearly an Asian man judging by his accent, yet passed himself off as Dave !!

Tried to pretend that they were from EE and offering a new SIM card because "there were problems with the card". Wanted to know my email address, which made me suspicious. Checked with EE and they confirmed my suspicions. However, they tried three or four more times.
Pretending to be from Vodafone, offering an upgraded SIM and a discount on the costs. Cut them off when they started asking for details they would know if they were legit. They then tried to call back twice in quick succession before I blocked the number.
