Guessing it was the Amazon driver. He banged repeatedly on the door, and as I went to answer it my phone started ringing. Having been handed the parcel the phone stopped ringing. After closing the door I googled the number to find it was Amazon who had called (by the comments on this site.) I'm really annoyed as how can I answer the door and the phone at the same time, and then find I have to waste time trying to find out who called me. Amazon, please don't do this!
Was the Amazon delivery driver advising he'd left the parcel with the neighbour - all ok.
Amazon Prime he had no answer at door and called. As we were in one of the long wings of the house behind the orchard we would have missed him.
02033222305 said there was a fraud case with HMRC in my name. I hung up
2 calls this afternoon that were not picked up
From the comments here and checking my Amazon Prime it was the delivery driver probably looking for somewhere to leave the package. I of course ignored the call assuming it was once of the usual scam calls. I now have to wait until tomorrow for them to attempt delivery again.
Amazon delivery. Driver was struggling to leave a parcel with reception at work, so I had to meet him.
02033222305 is a scam using Amazon Prime. They have already scammed thousands - see sky news.. don’t Answere
Had a call from this number on Jan 13th. Just silence, then the caller rang off. Was expecting a parcel from Amazon but if it was their driver, then it is not a very professional way to treat a customer.
