Believed to be an unwanted sales call relating to a call the previous day from 0204 5866772. I answered the previous day and the woman told me I was entitled to help towards solar panels and asked if I was the home owner. My number is registered with the telephone preference service and when I explained this she apologised and rang off. But then I received a call from this number instead.
