Called stating that they're calling on behalf of the council (not saying your particular council) regarding repairs. I've had so many from many different numbers including mobile that I just say I'm not interested. It's usually someone with an Asian (Indian) accent. Be very alert!!
Something about damages to the inside of your home if you are renting but I couldn't really understand them as caller had a very strong Asian accent.
