Nice lady with Tyneside accent called from Thrift Energy to confirm my property assessment appointment, as local council have received a grant from Central Government to install Solar Panels on their council housing stock. Already met Gary who completed the survey, looking forward to getting the installation booked in. Everyone I've spoken with so far have been friendly, polite and personable, as are everyone I've met from that area of the UK, folks in the North East are awesome!
