said they were British Gas, but they are not!!!!

They are claiming to be British Gas and offer a greatly reduced price. When I asked for the company address they said they were calling from Birmingham. When i asked for precise location he said it has nothing to do with me. When i insisted on the address he put the phone down. He said his name was Akash Singh
