got call from 0161 939 0228 but didnt answer after seeing this site

Missed numerous calls from this number, checking on here helped. Now waiting for next call and see how much of their time I can waste - they may get the hint then. Soulless morons.

Keep getting calls on my business phone that I've never given out to anyone I don't work with. 8 missed calls over 4 days, next time I think I'll have a chat and see what info I can dig up on the company. A phone number for the director would be good! Give them a "few" phone calls at odd times.

This number has called me approx. twice a day for a week

3 or 4 phone calls a day, cold calling. Find someone else to phone as I will continue to ignore!

keep getting calls from this number 4 times yesterday something about insurance for my crash - which is all rubbish.

Hi I get called all the time different times of the day by this number 01619390228 all day and now in the evenings. When I answer they just hang up without saying a word. I want it to stop also want to know who they are and why ? As I have had enough of them.

Call the police and report that number as a nuicence caller, I think it's against the law and they can be fined now

Chap said he was from a company called Fast Claims and claimed that he was acting on behalf of the Ministry of Justice in pursuing ppi claims. When I queried this assertion the phone was put down on me.

Much like Kirsty above, I've had an influx of these calls since joining EE a year or so ago. I'm assuming they freely pass their numbers around to PPI cold callers etc. Just another complaint to add to my ever growing list of gripes relating to this pathetic network.

just out of interest has anyone else got an influx of calls since going with EE?! My other half is overrun with them, I was until I started blocking the numbers one at a time. Annoying.

Hi ya, Just had a call from these (8th today) and decided to answer. The young girl (south african) appologised and when I asked for manager I was placed on to a gentleman, who has provided me the following details: They are called One-call (there a bit like nev's call center) and they are based in Durban, South Africa. I asked as to where he got my number from and stated "a national database" I said but your in South Africa, he said "yes I am sorry that was a lie we are told to say. The current Telephone lists were purchased in January from BISL Limited (compare the market) & Moneysupermarket.com Financial Group Limited via a company called Paaleads.com. Because you freely gave your number to one of these companies they are permitted to sell on your details for market research" He agreed to remove my number and stated should i have any future problems to contact the TPS and Ofcom - even went as far as providing me the contact details for both. --- there are some reasonable people out there after all.

Cold call about PPI. Didn't take no for an answer. Hung up and blocked the number.

Cold calling repeatedly from this number. Nobody ever says anything. If you work for this company then enjoy your karma
