Just had a call from them, based in Manchester where I live, asking me if I was interested in a new boiler which actually I am. The gentleman asked if I was the home owner and I said no I'm a tenant. He said "OK, no worries" and put the phone down before I had a chance to inform him that my landlord has already given his consent for me to have a new boiler if it's cost free but we never got that far. :) Only thing was he was talking SO loudly I couldn't hear what he was saying and had to ask him not to SHOUT! :)
