HSBC: A new payee has been added and a £640 payment has been scheduled from your account. If you do NOT recognise this activity, call 02030261645 immediately.…. Total scam .. please report as fraud … are HSBC compliant with this kind of scam ?

Txt twice saying £640 was being allocated to a payee from my bank account then telling me to call HSBC if I found the activity to be suspicious. Leaving a landline number. It’s a scam I haven’t even got a bank account with HSBC !
