Con / scam. Annoyed they have my name, address, phone number & which utility supplies my gas & electric. Was rather rude to the intended thief with plenty of expletives, suggest you do the same. My callers English language useage wasn't great but he got the gist. Hope I am now on a scammers "don't bother" list.
