Claiming O2. Don’t have O2 so they hung up

Claimed to be from O2. My number is registered with TPS so obviously a scam.
Called me by the wrong name and when I asked them to repeat my name they hung up.
I received a call from this number stating that they were from O2 and that they were updating their system and need to send through a new SIM card. After speaking with them, they were able to confirm my last months bill, however when I questioned them whether this was a personal or business SIM, they hung up on me. I use the O2 network but not directly with O2. This is clearly a scam. Do not handover for any information.
