Claimed to be O2, my mobile phone provider, (thou I am with ASDA Mobile), with a new SIM card in the post, as the old SIM card was outdated due to the Virgin Mobile/O2 collaboration etc.

Supposedly ringing from 02 but clearly wasn't, could hardly understand what the young lady was saying.

Caller said they were from 02 about a new SIM card, I could hardly understand her and she didn't seem to have any information about the account and and rang off with out completing the call 🤔

Caller saying they are phoning from O2 and Vodafone about a new sim. The caller seemed off as didn't seem professional.
