It's a scam. Someone claiming to be from finance supports refund. They do use other numbers. And they have to use mobile numbers which actually belong to other people. Stay clear. Do not confirm your name or any other details. When I question them about who they were and where the person was from he hung up on me again. I tried calling back but you'll get through to anyone.
