Another number to add to the list of dim witted gutless prats !!

Left no message on answer machine. Called back and it stated "Brooke" on phone but no answer. Probably scam.

Claimed to be from E A R Care Team in Norwich, Can't find them on the web. Who are they?

Scam caller claiming to be from Norwich Care.

Asked 'is that .............' and when I said yes they put the phone down.

EAR Care Team?? Called re removal of moss on roof. Ended call immediately. Very suspicious.

Picked up phone - answered with my number as usual. No response. Suspected scam. Proved to be, probably correct

hung up when answering machine kicked in.

Said I had done a survey. Asked loads of questions about what I had done to property. Said I was entitled to £250 off doors . I said I have renewed everything. Hung up

They are criminals trying to glean personal information. They hang up if you ask them anything. Criminals for sure. They pretend to be some form of energy efficiency survey.

Caller said from AER and was ringing to say thanks for a survey Wouldn’t be dream on who they were or what they wanted beyond a thank you but mentioned energy so it’s a window company lying yet again about their intentions

Said they were a firm in Norwich. Said I had done a survey with them in the last 3 to 6 months. I haven’t. Ended call at this point.
