Caller said my vodafone sim will be blocked in a couple of days and they wanted to update my sim remotely but I refused and said if that was necessary I would get the Vodafone shop to do it at which point I hung up
They claim to be from Vodafone and telling me my sim card will be blocked in the next couple of days unless I speak to them. I had another call (also from a Colt Technology Services landline number) last week. Lasted over half an hour and they were running a sophisticated scam to try to hack my Microsoft account. They started to change my security details before I blocked the changes with the additional security I have on my account.
