Recorded robot msg saying we have been charged £95 for new subscription to enjoy prime benefits and if not agree with it to see? then is cut off as this was recorded to our answer system they hung up. No idea what prime benefits they speak of as never said who it was for and we do not have Amazon prime or any other prime.
