Foreign accent caller with background noise of a road, called to say they are from EE and my SIM card is due to expire and they will send out a new one. (I use an eSIM?) couldn’t tell me my name and wanted to put me through to another department to get my new sim ordered. Advised I’m not with EE and when I asked him to confirm any of my details he hung up.
