I was called by a Company who said their business name was Green Power MCS. They told me there is a Government Grant called EC04 which has just been changed so that anyone with solar panels installed over 10 years ago and paid outright would qualify for a grant based on their export. I was told this number to telepone if I wanted to cancel the appointment.
